Columbia Cue Club uses information provided by players and visitors to operate local cue-sport events, communicate requested event information, and maintain appropriate records.
Information we collect
Information may include a player’s name, mobile telephone number, email address, event registration details, and the date, event, staff member, and script version associated with an SMS consent record.
How information is used
Columbia Cue Club uses this information to administer events and provide requested informational messages such as tournament reminders, check-in information, match or table calls, schedule changes, and event results.
Mobile information and SMS consent
Mobile information, including telephone numbers and SMS opt-in or consent data, will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Columbia Cue Club may share information with service providers solely as necessary to deliver and operate the messaging program, comply with law, or protect the service.
Participants may revoke SMS consent at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance.
